Best Used in Conjunction with Barriers or Separators
This single panel walkthrough metal detector has a 50cm detection range so it is best used with a barrier or separator on the outside edge in order to funnel traffic close enough to the detector.
Targets Large Pieces of Metal
The RISK DualScan Single Panel Walk Through Metal Detector is designed to detect larger masses of metal such as machetes and guns. It is meant for use in high footfall areas where the search profile calls for detecting these kinds of threats. It is not good at detecting things like stanley knives and box cutters.
