The Scantrak 10 features a 20 × 25 cm (8 × 10″) imaging area capable of producing crisp digital radiographs for immediate assessment. Operators control image capture remotely using the supplied laptop with ScanView software, with images displayed instantly via cable or optional wireless transmission.
ScanView Imaging Software
ScanView provides image enhancement tools including contrast adjustment, inversion, and on-screen annotation. It also supports secure storage, export, and reporting, enabling structured evidence handling for security and forensic applications.
Lightweight, Rugged, Rapid Deployment
Supplied in a rugged wheeled Peli case, the system includes the X-ray generator, ICU, laptop controller, and a 50 m cable reel for extended reach. Its modular design allows single-operator deployment in minutes, even in confined or difficult environments.
Flexible Operation and Image Handling
Operators can fire the X-ray source remotely and capture multiple images in succession. Images can be viewed, enhanced, annotated, and exported in standard formats such as JPG, BMP, and TIF for reporting and evidential use.
Battery Powered for Field Use
Fully battery powered, the system provides up to 5 hours of operation without mains supply. Used with the Golden XR200 pulsed X-ray source (with alternative options available), it delivers reliable penetration for most inspection tasks while preserving evidential image integrity.
